Business Assistance Center (BAC)

The Business Assistance Center is a development program implemented by the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in efforts to support the advancement, education and growth of the Hispanic community. Our goal is to motivate economic development in the greater Dallas area by assisting in the creation and expansion of small businesses.

Technical Assistance

One-on-one private, customized professional counseling with start-up and existing business owners.

NxLevel Program

Enroll in a 12-week business plan writing course through the NxLevel Program.
These courses are offered in both English and Spanish.

Incubator Program

Under the Incubator Program we house and support starting business entrepreneurs by providing affordable office space, copier, fax, telephone line, and Internet access.

Companies currently participating in this program conduct business within various industries including marketing and advertising, construction, finances, travel and tourism, modeling talent, human resources, health care, and legal services.

  • Financial capability
