Board Inauguration Luncheon

The inauguration serves as a platform for our new Chairman to introduce the Executive Officers and Board of Directors to the GDHCC membership and the greater Dallas business community.
Partners Appreciation Breakfast
(estimated attendance 750+)
The Partners Appreciation Breakfast serves to recognize the Chamber’s partners for their support, commitment, utilization of Hispanic-owned businesses, and progress towards supplier and workforce diversity.
Legislative Reception
(estimated attendance 250+)
The Legislative Reception enables the GDHCC to create interaction and dialog between our membership and elected officials. This event also serves to recognize those elected officials who have been true advocates for Hispanic business.
Stars on the Rise Scholarship Awards Banquet
(estimated attendance 950+)
This event honors and awards those individual students who embody a continual commitment to higher education. These scholarships are provided by the Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation through the generosity of the community and corporate donors.
The Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation was founded in 1981 to recognize and award scholarships to young leaders of the community to further their college education. Since its inception, the foundation has assisted over 1,000 students and awarded over $1.5 million in scholarships.

Hispanic Leadership Institute
The GDHCC Leadership Institute serves as a resource for the development and training of minority leaders. The Chamber provides a network for leaders with a strong sense of community and business awareness to represent a mixture of races, sexes, income levels and occupations. The class size is limited; however corporate partners will be guaranteed participation for key employees.
Viva Dallas! Hispanic Expo

The Hispanic Expo is a comprehensive and multi-faceted consumer products and service exposition that provides exhibitors an opportunity to connect face-to-face with thousands of potential customers in an exciting, professional and fun-filled atmosphere. The Hispanic Expo provides a venue for cultural awareness through a wide range of cultural activities for the entire family to enjoy.
Golf Tournament
(estimated players 200+)
The Golf Tournament offers our members a day on the greens creating new business partnerships and enriching those already established. This event brings a successful year to an end by offering our membership the opportunity to enjoy a day of relaxation while networking.
Q&E Entrepreneurial Summit
(estimated attendance 250+)
This full-day business summit is focused on providing our member businesses with procurement roundtables and timely business sessions. The Latina Leadership luncheon is a highlight of the business summit activities. The day culminates with the Chamber Quality & Excellence Entrepreneur Awards Gala.
Latina Leadership Luncheon
(estimated attendance 350+)
The Latina Leadership Luncheon celebrates the achievements of Latinas locally, regionally and nationally. Latinas have made tremendous strides both in business ownership and in the corporate and non-profit world. Today, Latinas are the fastest-growing segment of small business start-ups, an area major economic force.
Quality & Excellence Entrepreneur Awards Gala

The day culminates with the Chamber Quality & Excellence Entrepreneur Awards recognizing four of our top-performing Hispanic-owned businesses in the DFW Metroplex, ranging in size from $1 million in revenues to over $10 million. These companies have elevated themselves among their peers through their distinctive products and services, outstanding execution, excellence in customer service, and notable financial growth.
Hispanic Business 500 Reception

An opportunity for the GDHCC to recognize and express our sincere regards and congratulations to those entrepreneurs named to Hispanic Business Magazine’s Hispanic Business 500 list.
BizFest
A program designed by the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) Foundation, Bizfest is aimed at teaching Latino students a variety of business techniques and focuses on turning hobbies and skills into profit-making ventures, establishing entrepreneurial and leadership goals, creating plans for business and life, becoming effective leaders and team players, networking in business environments, and other critical business management skill sets. Winners from Dallas will also go on to compete at the USHCC Annual Convention.
TexFest Music Festival

TexFest Music Festival will be an annual destination festival venue created by the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. The festival will promote, perpetuate and encourage music, arts and food indigenous to the Latin culture. The event will highlight the many Latin restaurants and inspired music acts in the region and nationally.
Business after Hours Receptions

A great way to end a busy day at the office and enjoy an evening of networking with corporate and entrepreneur members, elected officials, and local Hispanic leaders.
New Member Orientation Meetings

These are monthly meetings where new members and current members are invited to learn more about the Chamber and its benefits and programs.
